He is survived by: his wife Sheila Dowell; his children, Jacob Dowell (Chantel), Ashley Goodrich and Troy Johnson; his grandchildren, Bethani Binkley, Joshua Binkley, Preston Dowell and Logan Dowell; and his sister Vicki Pearson. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
