He was predeceased by: his son Ricky Maness. He is survived by: his wife Ella May Maness; and his children, Jessie W. Maness III (Kathy), Carrie Tomey, Vonnie Schmidt (Randall) and Sam Maness (Nicole). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and his fur baby.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Anderson and Garrett Funeral Home (3501 Old Clarksville Pike, Joelton, TN 37080). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
