He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie Bridges Briggs; and his parents, Sammie Lee Sr. and Peggy Briggs. He is survived by: his sons, James Briggs (Sabrina) and Kaleb Briggs; his grandchildren, Deacon Briggs and Kaylee Briggs; and his sisters, Rebecca Gurley (Michael) and Paula Renee Stanley (Tim).
The family respectfully request friends attending the visitation and service to wear masks and practice social distancing.
