It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Massey Fowler Jr. of Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur M. Fowler and Lucy Thomas Fowler of Loudon, Tennessee.; his wife Virginia Chaplin "Jenny" Fowler; his son Arthur M. Fowler III (Jennie Fowler); his grandchildren, Maisie, Arthur IV and Owen; his daughter Mary Litton Fowler Thornton (David Thornton); his grandchildren, Jack and Elizabeth; his sister Clarke; and his brother-in-law Joe Harrison. He was also cherished by several nephews and a grandnephew and grandniece.
