She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Roberts and Siddie Tucker Roberts. She is survived by: her husband David Whisnant; her sons, Richard Murray (Penny), William and Murray (Kristie); her stepdaughter Angela Gladden (Jamie); and her grandchildren, Josh Murray, Morgan Wood (Aaron), Natalie Overy (Brett), Mallory Howell (Noah), Monica McSwain (Josh), Abigail Gladden, Molly Gladden, Noah Murray, Bryan Gladden, Ollie Murray, Brett Overy, Noah Howell, Aaron Wood and Joshua McSwain. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nolichuckey Baptist Church (288 TN-107, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
