It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Eastridge in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Slauch; and her brother John. She is survived by: her husband Tom Eastridge; her children, Chasity Eastridge, Stacey Eastridge and Tommy Eastridge; her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Melissa, Lydia, Zachery, Noah and Damien; her great grandchild June; and her close friends, Beverly Dixon and Kim Mulcavage. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
