She was predeceased by : her parent Jimmie Hawkins. She is survived by : her mother Frances Laughren Hawkins of Johnson City; her children, Daniel K. Yontz (Danielle) and Amber Cheyenne Russell of Johnson City; her sister Kimberly Hawkins of Grand Rapids, Michigan; her granddaughter Anna Kate Yontz; her niece Kaytlin; and her nephew Justin Sells. She is also survived by her family and friends.
