She was predeceased by: her father Sherman Louis Hefflen; her husband Lucian Clay Hodges, Jr.; her son Lucian Clay Hodges, III; her stepfather James Deal Stewart; and her brother-in-law Jerry Reynolds.
She is survived by: her parent-in-law Jewell Stewart; her mother Jewell Stewart; her grandchildren, Hayley Elyce, Lucian Christopher and Tanner Clay Hodges; her sisters, Judy Reynolds and Nancy Pierson (Ronald); her stepsiblings, Joanne Dowling and James Stewart Jr. (Georgia); her sister-in-law Marilyn Joyce Evans; and her close friends, Gloria "Sue" Metcalf, Heather Seay and Christina Iles. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
