We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2023, Donald George Overbay Jr. in Johnson City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Overbay and Madeline Overbay; his brothers, Anthony and Leon; and his nephew Tim.

He is survived by: his brother Lynn; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy and Pam. He is also survived by son and daughter-in-law and grandchildren.
