She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Bowers and Lola M. Carriger Bowers; her husband George B. Soto Jr.; her siblings, Pearl Ayers, Ray and Floyd Bowers; and her siblings' children, Larry Bowers and Barbara Ayers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Lee Meyer, Dianna Lynne Tucker and Christina Rachel Soto (Rex Whitfield); her grandson Jesse Dean Meyer (Louise); and her great grandchild Jeremy Lee Bell.
