He was predeceased by: his father Dr. J. G. Moore (Bud). He is survived by: his sister Melynda Whetsel (Bob); his nephew Jackson of Knoxville, TN; and his brother Martin Moore (Paige) of Jacksonville, FL.. He is also survived by his many friends and family.
