He was predeceased by: his father Ronnie Blackwell. He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Laws Blackwell; his wife Tammy Blackwell; his son Kenny Harless; his stepchildren, Moriah Powers and Matthew White; his grandchildren, Noah Harless, Aiden Compton, Nina Powers and Harrison Powers; his uncles, David Sneyd and Gary Laws (Becky); and his close friends, Sherry Hutson, David Williams, Terrinia and James Creech.
