She was predeceased by : her parents, Foy Lewis and Eula Lynch Lewis; and her husband Carl Ray Swift. She is survived by : her brother Don Lewis; and her close friends, Kathy Swift and Jean Garst. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Victory United Methodist Church 527 Conklin Rd. Telford, TN 37690.
