She was predeceased by : her parents, Edd Gouge and Sally Gouge; and her husband Donald Parker (Herman). She is survived by : her grandson Donald Dillon (Heather); her daughters, Amy Willis (Jonathan) of Johnson City, Donna Parker of Johnson City and Deborah Dillon of Johnson City; her great grandchildren, Eli, Emily and Ethan; and her sister Lois Street. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
