It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Davis of Johnson City, Tennessee, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George M. McAllister and Mary Olive McAllister; her siblings, Sara Agostine, Jean Dowdy and Robert McAllister; and her grandson Matthew Cannon.
She is survived by : her husband Jerry W. Davis; her children, Becky Reece (Fred) of Johnson City, Robert W. (Joni) of Johnson City and Richard A. (Mary Ann) of Johnson City; and her friend Mary Charles "Charlie" Wilson. She is also survived by One grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
