It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Leroy Fair of Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jess W. Fair and Frankie R. Wallace (Johnson); his wife Lois Harvey Fair; his sons, Ted Fair (Deborah) of Erwin, TN and John Fair (Angie) of Hampton, TN; his brother Mack Fair (Shirley) of Johnson City, TN; his grandchildren, Daniel Fair of Johnson City, Denlle Hensley of Erwin, Chasity Hensley of Greeneville, Michael Bailey of Greene County and William Silvers of Greeneville; and his great grandchildren, Julie Hensley, Lucas Hensley, Hunter Hensley and Jacob Silvers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tetrick Funeral Home (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Park (3033 S Roan St, Johnson City, TN 37601).
