Cook Emmert; his stepchildren, Ken Tolbert (Tara) of Bristol, TN, Charity Boyd (Clinton) of Knoxville, TN, Brandy Tolbert and Randy Arnold; his brothers, Benny Emmert and Denny "Gov" Emmert (Pam); his nephew Shane Emmert (Kim); and his great-nieces, Paetyn Emmert and Rylee Emmert.
