It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Ruth Sarber of Jonesborough, Tennessee, born in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Durham and Alice Huff Durham; her husband Leroy Sarber; her son Jeffery Sarber; and her grandson Matthew Sarber.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Sarber (Traci), Ronald Sarber and Leroy "James" Sarber, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Veronica, Douglas, Travis Sarber and Melissa Hall.
The family has requested that all services be private due to COVID-19.
