He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Wilkes Sr. and Dorothy "Dotty" Wilkes; and his sister Cabell Wilkes Lonon. He is survived by: his wife Tonya; his children, Elizabeth Wilkes Rabb (Marc) and Clem "Bo" Wilkes III (Taylor); his brother Haynes Miller Wilkes; and also Dorothy Wilkes Bedor.
Due to COVID 19 safety concerns, the family will hold a graveside service on Friday, December 18th 12, noon at Monte Vista Memorial Park.
