He was predeceased by: his mother Ronda Carathers Saults. He is survived by: his father Teddy Lee Saults of Jonesborough; his sister Misty Leonard (Greg) of Jonesborough; and his nephew Ethan Leonard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
