With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David W Greer of Jonesborough, Tennessee, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on October 9, 2020 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave William Greer and Charlotte Murray Greer; his brother Charlie Greer; his son-in-law Jason Fleming; and his parents-in-law, Virl and Etta Mae Ingram.
He is survived by: his nephews, Keith Dugger and Kenneth Bailey; his wife Donna Ingram Greer; his daughters, Kimberly Greer Fleming (Cody Dickens) of Blountville and Evelyn Greer; his siblings, Cindie Colyer (Bobby) of Greeneville and Aaron Greer of Chuckey; and his niece Rita Dugger Laymon of Sevierville. He is also survived by aunts and uncles that loved him as their own and even more cousins that were like brothers and sisters and so many nieces and nephews that he loved like his own children.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for final expenses.
