Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James Caruthers of Jonesborough, Tennessee, born in Portales, New Mexico, who passed away at the age of 82, on November 26, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Caruthers and Katherine Hargis Caruthers; his daughter Stacy Key Caruthers; and his sisters, BJ Gray and Katherine Rucker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Key Caruthers; his daughter Dana Marks (Gregg); his siblings, Luana Francis, Peggy Schoenhals and Donnie Caruthers (Sandy); and his sister-in-law Dorla Summars. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to COVID-19, services will be held at a later date.
