It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Harley Love (Jonesborough, Tennessee), born in Erwin, Tennessee, who passed away on July 30, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R. Love, Sr. and Nellie Melissa Stover Love; his brothers, Robert, Clarence, David, Stanley and John Doran; and his daughter Beth Ann Love.
He is survived by: his wife Polly Marie Osburn Love; his children, Janet Richard (Russ) of Knoxville, Melissa Martin (Roger) of Gray and James Love (Martha) of Gray; his grandchildren, Christopher Richard, Meagan Hopson (Chris), Kelly Richard, Caroline Good, Andrew Martin, Annie Love and Hayden Good; his great grandchild Emily Hopson; and his brother T. R. "Ted" Love, Jr. (Peggy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to Boones Creek Christian Church Missions, Gray, Tennessee, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, Tennessee.
