He is survived by: his children, Sandra Holt (David) and Jim Kyker (Kim); his grandchildren, Travis Holt (Katrina), Tracy Holt, Amelia Kyker and Lindsey Kyker; his great grandchildren, James and Emmarie Holt; and his sister Norma Jean Funderberg (Shawnee Oklahoma). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
