She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Walser and Ruby Gobble Walser; her husband Roger Lynn Tipton; and her siblings, Harold Walser and Judith "Judy" Walser McKamey.
She is survived by: her siblings, JoAnn Holley and Alan Walser; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Walser, Naomi Workman and Edna Harrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:15 PM and at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, Jean requested that donations be made to the church where she received Christ as her Savior and instilled in Jean a heart of service to Him.
