He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Woodruff and Myrtle Ingle Woodruff; and his siblings, Raymond Woodruff, Jack Woodruff and Margaret Woodruff.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Brown Woodruff; his children, Belinda Mink (Carl) and Daniel Woodruff (Sandy); his siblings, Wanda Brockway (Charles) and Daryl Woodruff (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Jenna Mink and James Mink. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
