She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother June Krupcale; her children, Renee Rutherford Tester and Dylan Rutherford; her granddaughters, Zoe and Charlotte Tester (Charlie); her brothers, Joel and Tony Shipley; and her father Joe Blaine Shipley. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
