She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Cole Kyker and Leonard Kyker; her husband Roy Phillips; her son Roy E. Phillips; and her son-in-law Phillip D. Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Verna Jackson and Jane Phillips Rossi (James); her daughter-in-law Evia Phillips; her grandchildren, Jonathan Phillips (Michelle), Michael Davidson (Sarah), Brian Davidson and Rebekah Moulton (Walt); and her great grandchildren, Sadie Phillips, Ryan Phillips, Cale, Noah, Brody Davidson and Mia Moulton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jonesborough United Methodist Church Music fund, Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice, or to the charity of your choice.
