He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Hickman and Shirley Arnett Hickman; his siblings, Tommy Hickman, Sandy Terrell, Jan Phillips and Brenda Smith; and his grandmother Frances Hickman. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
