He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Clemmer and Elizabeth Clemmer (Wilson); his wife Louisa Brack Clemmer; his children, Judson Clemmer, David Stevenson, Cynthia Easterling and Melissa Huisman; and his sisters, Patricia Barbour, Catherine Steen and Elizabeth Wilson. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and one great-grandson.
