He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Dobbins, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Epperson Dobbins; his mother Betty Ramsey Dobbins; and his siblings, Pamela Dobbins-Eaton (Roger), Linda Stanley (Robby), Sharon McCray (Chuck), Mike Dobbins (Jennifer) and Mark Dobbins (Jennifer). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
