She is survived by: her husband Butch Carter; her children, Terri Lynn Broyles Alley (Jason) and Tony Ray Broyles, Jr.; her grandson Tyler Shelton; her brother Rick Treadway (Terri); her aunt Betty Treadway; her father-in-law Earl Wayne Carter (Ruth); her siblings-in-law, Mike Brandon, Steve Pennell, John Carter and Melissa Graham; her cousins, Marie Jackson, Gene, Faye Treadway, Catherine Treadway, Wayne, Sandy Treadway, Randy, Annie Treadway, Bruce Treadway, Shirley, Ronnie Tester, Chris and Tammy Treadway; and her close friends, Tammy Street, Vickie, Warren Browder, Carolyn Thomas and Shelly Lane.
