She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Hernandez; her grandchildren, Eric Hernandez, Zariya Elliott and Devyn Elliott; her great grandchild Adilyn Hernandez; her stepfather Bill Reed; and her siblings, Melissa Casey (Joseph), Sherry Slawson and Travis Reed.
