She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Russell and Thelma Grace Freeman Russell; her husband James Dye; and her siblings, Imogene Crouch, Patsy Walker and Charles Russell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Jones (Aaron Light) and Lisa Simpson (Randall); her grandchildren, Brandi Quesinberry (Brandon), Savannah LeBarre (Bryan) and Dalton Light; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Aubrey and Isaiah Quesinberry; her sisters, Barbara Hollifield and Lowanda Constable; her niece Linda Squiers; and her pet Maggie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
