He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clouse and Velma Rigsby Clouse. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Hamilton Clouse; his daughter Fallon Paige Clouse; his brothers, Ricky Clouse (Sandra) and Mike Clouse (Judy); and his pets, Callie, Nelson and Bella. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
