He was predeceased by: his parents, Hargis Webb and Linda Mullins Webb; and his grandson Gary Ray Colley. He is survived by: his wife Ada Adkins Webb; his daughters, Janice Browning, Janet Dell and Jennifer Webb; his grandchildren, Kristin Browning-Spaller, Amy Colley Tyson, Victoria Dell and Dylan Webb; and his son-in-law Ronnie Browning. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two sisters and five brothers.
