He was predeceased by : his father William Alan Cope Sr.; and his grandparents, Glenn Cope and Juanita Basinger. He is survived by : his mother Goldie Combs Keesee of Bristol; his wife Betty Jo Sutphin Cope; his siblings, Jeremy Cope (Autumn) of Bristol, TN and Sheena Luttrell (Chris) of Bristol, VA; his parents-in-law, Sandra and Tim Barnett of Johnson City; his sister-in-law Samantha Barry (Jason) of Johnson City; his nieces and nephews, Chancie Cope, Gabriel Cope, Lindsey Barry, Logan Barry and Landon Barry; and his great-niece Ivy Cope.
