She is survived by: her daughter Angie; her grandson Brent Harmon; her great grandchildren, Kloey, Kambree and Jack Harmon; her sister-in-law Thelma Lewis Adkins; her husband Donald Fairchild; and her siblings, Darlene Engle, Justine Collins, Geraldene Fairchild and Denzil Day.
