She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Slaughter and Carrie Slaughter; her husband Blaine; and her siblings, Lowell, George Slaughter, Ann King and Jackie Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Jordan (Sandra) and Greg Jordan (Sandy); her grandchildren, Rachel Stewart (Thulani), Jonathan Jordan (Amanda), Wendy Forbes (Steve) and Hunter Jordan (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Nyah, Langston, Allie, Laynie, Addison and Elias; and her sisters, Dottie Bacon and Shirley Copas.
