She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Baxter and Ellis Baxter; her husband Dr. Leslie J. Stubblefield; and her sister Hilda Lasater. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Hart (Joe), Lisa Rogers (Bob), Lydia Smith (Matt) and Dr. Steve Stubblefield (Tami); her grandchildren, Robert Hart, Josie Jones (Brett), Ruthie Rogers, Willa Rogers, Warren Smith, Mary Frances Smith, Henry Smith, Chris Stubblefield and Shelby Stubblefield; her sister Kathy Grimes; and her caregivers, Yvonne, Cindy and Betty.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
