She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Wiggins and Pauline Wiggins. She is survived by: her husband J. D. Slagle; her children, Chad Slagle (Christine) and Joanna Combs (Carlos); her sister Betty Shipley; her granddaughters, Caitlyn, Mackenzie and Kerrington; and her great grandchild Shiloh.
