He is survived by: his mother Samantha Carruba; his children, Amanda Carruba and Jonathon Carruba; his stepson James Culbertson; his pet Scooter; the mother of his children Paula Socha; and his brother Anthony "Pete" Carruba (Janet). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
