She was predeceased by: her mother Ivaden Rash; and her grandmother Viola Rash. She is survived by: her children, Nathaniel Belcher (Bonnie), Leanna Jacobs (Michael), Ashley Belcher Otero Cordero (Gioscany) and Crystal Belcher (Emmanuel Hernandez); her father Lewis Robbins; her sister Lisa Vermillion (Shawn); her niece Kayla Keene (Anthony); and her great-niece Emma. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Garrett Funeral Home (203 N Shady Ave, Damascus, VA 24236). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:40 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park (21674 Monroe Rd, Damascus, VA 24236).
