He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolfe Hite and Jane Grizzel (Varney); his wife Venita Fern Grizzel; and his daughter Ethel Jane Grizzel. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Grizzel; his grandchildren, Tia Johnson, Kolsyn Repass and Nalayah Johnson; and his brother Truman Grizzel.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bethany Old Regular Baptist Church (209 Morelock St, Kingsport, TN 37660).
