She was predeceased by: her husband John Wayne Chapman; her sons, Ronnie Chapman and Mark Chapman; and her siblings, Wilma, Marie, Shirley, Kenneth and Linda.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Harkleroad; her grandchildren, Kristin Kochensparger (Patrick) and Jacob Harkleroad; her great grandchildren, Graycen Harkleroad and Raylan Steadman; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jordan, C. J. and Ethan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the East Lawn Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
