She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Forti Sr.; her son Kenneth Forti Jr. (Jeanneen); her adoptive daughter Diane Cohee (Jerry); her grandchildren, Christopher Forti (Morgan), Ashton White (Hunter), Samantha Abbott (Steve), Adam Smith, Catherine Smith, Eric Smith (Morgan), Larysa Nowacoski (Ryan) and Mollee Cohee; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Eden, Ivy, Maclin, Asher, Leighton and Ada.
