He is survived by: his pets, Wolferton, Pupperton, Rachel Rose, Lilly Bell Tell, Big Black and Baby; his wife Polly Ann Foster (Moseley); his stepchildren, Rose (Feathers) of Sharon and Paul Feathers; his children, Tonya Harrill and Nathanial Foster; his grandchildren, Grace Ann Ramey (Anthony), Alisha Nicole Robinson, Anabelle Rose Thacker, Kelly Rose Scanlan (Gage), Dawson Kell Thacker (Tara), Creed Thacker, Hazel Harrill, Antwan Nicholson, Trey Bush, Tonio Chambers, Quamesha Chambers and Junior Chambers; his great grandchildren, Lyric Rose Scanlan, Laveah Page Scanlan, Lydia Grace Ramey, Lillyana Faye Scanlan, Zoey, Leana, Adalynn, Laylay Chambers and Jamari Carter; his siblings, Sanford Hodge Jr., Mary Cornelius and Gloria Hodge; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred "Millie" Moseley Crawford and Raymond Moseley (Erin). He is also survived by many extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grace United Methodist Church (313 E Sullivan St, Kingsport, TN 37660). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
