He was predeceased by: his parents, James Weaver and Heniretta Weaver (Henderson); his former wife Julie; his wife Donna Thompson; his brother Robert Ray Peace; and his sister-in-law Beth Peace.

He is survived by: his children, Stephen Weaver (Bonnie Gee), Shawn Weaver and Stephanie Mangiacotti; his stepson Chad Thompson (Chastity); his siblings, Kimberly Scarboro (Gary), Larry Weaver (Lisa), Doug Peace (Melissa) and Jeff Peace (Tammy); and his close friends, Dan Payne, Mikey Mullins and Gail Dingus. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, eight nieces and eight nephews.
