He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Bean Barringer and Joseph Eugene Barringer; his siblings, Gail, Marsha and Charles; and his son Marvin Eugene Barringer.
He is survived by: his wife Delilah Barringer; his siblings, Cheryl Warren, Doug and Don Barringer; and his children, Debra Ramey, Kristi Tate, Nicholas Barringer and Taylor Barringer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684).
