She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther C. "Brownie" Brown and Helen C. Davis Brown; her husband Dallas Broome, Jr.; her grandson Peyton L. Broome; and her siblings-in-law, C. David Broome, Jeannie Hubbard (Jim) and Linda Broome Kellogg.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Broome, Andrew J. Broome (Chrisjun) and Jason Broome (Amy); her grandson Aaron C. Broome; her great grandchildren, Cole and Carter; her brother Allen Brown (Mitzi); her nephews, David and Derek Brown (August); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma, Alana and Kalloway; her brother-in-law Mickey Kellogg; Libby Brown and Harriett Helton (Bryant). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in Judy's honor be made to, Rock Heritage Baptist Church, 4838 Fort Henry Drive, Kingsport, TN 37663.
